Yes, I was a little late with this one. As tempting as it was to get in the April Fool’s spirit, I decided to pass and spend the time coming up with the real deal.
I may add another event in the next couple days depending on what else I find. This is the eighth monthly LOVIEE and Monday marks the six-month anniversary of wide launch. I’m feeling pretty good about how far this blog has come, but it’s also about you, the readers. Love or hate, if you’ve got an opinion either way, I’d appreciate the feedback.

HITS Theatre presents Cats, Miller Outdoor Theatre, Hermann Park. Thu-Sat both weeks, all shows start at 8pm. The well-known, well-admired musical makes its way to the Miller, featuring an all-youth cast (ages 8 to 19). The Friday 04-16 show is captioned. 10-CATSMOT

House of Hits Book Signing, Sig’s Lagoon, 3710 Main, 2-5pm. The book “House of Hits: The Story of Houston’s Gold Star/SugarHill Recording Studios” details nearly seven decades of history at the legendary and iconic Houston recording studio facility. 10-M04-2
